What you receive
After successful creation, your reservation PDF contains passenger details, itinerary and a booking reference. Delivery depends on available flights and provider confirmation; payment alone does not mean the reservation is ready.
Bookable flight dates
Online booking currently requires the reserved flight to depart at least 10 days from today. This is the date of the flight you reserve, not necessarily your arrival in Bali. Search availability before paying.
Temporary means time-limited
The hold can expire or be released before the flight date. Check the expiry supplied with your reservation and confirm it is still active when needed. It is not a paid flight ticket and cannot be used to board the reserved flight.

What travelers ask before ordering
Do you need an onward ticket for Indonesia?
Indonesian Immigration lists a return or onward ticket for VOA/e-VOA travelers. Other visa categories can have different conditions. Check the official instructions for your passport and visa, and ask your airline whether a temporary reservation meets its requirements.
Will Bali check-in really refuse a one-way ticket?
A one-way inbound ticket does not by itself establish your plan to leave Indonesia. The airline may ask for onward proof before boarding. Safeonward cannot guarantee boarding or entry, and a paid ticket may be required for your situation.
What exit date should the reservation show?
Use an exit date within your currently permitted stay. This is separate from the reservation expiry: a flight scheduled several weeks ahead does not mean its temporary hold remains active until then.
Can I extend my 30 days and show a later exit?
Do not assume an extension will be approved. Confirm your visa conditions with Indonesian Immigration and your airline before relying on an exit date beyond the stay you currently hold.
Can a Bali to Jakarta flight count as onward travel?
No. Bali and Jakarta are both in Indonesia, so a domestic flight does not show departure from the country. Choose an international route that reflects your intended journey, and check entry or transit requirements for the next destination.
