Frequently asked questions
Before creating your link
How much do I earn per sale?
You receive 40% of the price the traveler pays. On a €9.90 reservation, that is about €3.96. The price varies with the customer's country, and the commission follows the amount actually paid.
Is signup free?
Yes. You create your affiliate account, choose your code, and can share your link immediately after signup.
When does a commission appear?
It appears when an attributed order is confirmed. A search alone, a failed payment, or an abandoned order does not create a commission.
How long does my link keep the attribution?
60 days. If the traveler clicks your link and orders within 60 days, the sale is yours. If another affiliate link is used in the meantime, the last click counts.
How do I get paid?
You request a payout from your dashboard as soon as commissions are approved. Safeonward validates the request and then makes the payment.
Can I see customer data?
No. Your dashboard shows dates, amounts, currencies, statuses, and commissions, but hides sensitive traveler information.
