What is an onward ticket reservation?

It is a real flight reservation in your name that shows you plan to leave the country. Airlines often ask for one at check-in, and some consulates and border officers ask for it too.

Is the reservation real?

Yes. It is made in your name with the airline and has a booking reference (PNR). The airline finds the reservation with that reference and your last name.

How do I check my booking reference (PNR)?

Open the “Manage booking” page of the airline named in the email, then enter the reference and your last name. You can also use our free checker.

How long is the reservation valid?

48 hours from activation. If you need it on a specific date, choose later activation and activate it shortly before your check-in or appointment.

Can I fly with this reservation?

Accepted Answer

No. It is proof of travel, not a paid ticket. To fly on that route, buy a ticket from the airline.

How do I order?

Choose one way or round trip, the airports, the departure date and the number of passengers. Then enter the names as on the passport and the email address where you want the reservation, and pay.

Why must the flight depart at least 10 days after ordering?

It is the condition for getting a temporary reservation. Choose a departure date more than 10 days away: the reservation is your proof, you will not take that flight.

When should I choose later activation?

Accepted Answer

When you order in advance. You receive a link, and the reservation is created when you click it: its 48 hours start when you need them, for example the day before check-in.

Can I book for several passengers?

Yes, up to 5 passengers per order: adults, children aged 2 to 11 and infants under 2. The total is shown before payment.

How should I enter the passengers’ names?

Exactly as on the passport, with the first name and last name each in its own field. The first and last names must be different.

One way or round trip?

Accepted Answer

To show you are leaving a country, a one-way flight to another destination is usually enough. Choose a round trip when you are asked for a return ticket to where you started.

Are there countries you cannot book?

We cannot book flights from or to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria and Venezuela. Any other country works as proof of onward travel.

When will I receive my reservation?

By email, a few minutes after payment, at the address you entered when ordering. With later activation, you first receive the activation link.

I have not received my reservation

First check your spam folder and the Promotions tab. If it is not there, write to us with the email address used for the order and we will send it again.

Can I modify my reservation after payment?

Accepted Answer

Once the reservation has been issued, changes are not guaranteed. Contact us quickly if any information is incorrect so we can check what is still possible with the airline.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, with secure payment by Stripe. Depending on your country, other methods may appear at the payment step.

How much does a reservation cost?

From $11.90. The total, depending on the number of passengers and the options you choose, is shown before payment.

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if we cannot deliver the reservation because of a problem on our side, if you were charged twice, or if a mistake comes from our processing. Write to us promptly with the order reference.

Where do I enter a promo code?

At the payment step, below the card form: tap “Do you have a promo code?”, enter the code, then “Apply”. The total updates.

Does the reservation work for a visa application?

Accepted Answer

Many consulates ask for a flight reservation rather than a paid ticket, and that is what we provide. The consulate still decides: check the list of documents required for your visa.

The airline asks for an onward ticket at check-in

This is the most common situation. Show the reservation or its reference: the agent checks that an onward flight exists in your name. Keep the email at hand, offline if possible.
